HPE is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President, WW Central Europe Data Solutions, to lead the sales and presales organization for the region. This senior leadership role leads managers and managers-of-managers, oversees a team of 120+ sales and presales professionals, and reports to the SVP of WW Data Solution Sales.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute the global GTM strategy for storage sales to achieve revenue and market share growth
Lead and manage a large, diverse team of sales and presales professionals, ensuring alignment with HPE's strategic objectives
Build and maintain a high-performing storage sales force through effective recruitment, training, and development programs
Collaborate with HPE Storage Product Management, Marketing, and other internal teams to develop and deliver integrated sales programs
Drive the transformation of HPE's storage business by leveraging a strong portfolio of storage solutions, including HPE Alletra, HPE GreenLake, and other innovative products
Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and business development efforts
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
Represent HPE at industry events and conferences to promote the company's storage solutions and thought leadership
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the technology industry, preferably in storage solutions or related fields
Strong track record of successfully developing and executing GTM strategies and driving revenue growth
Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience overseeing large, diverse teams
Deep understanding of the storage market and key players, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at the C-level
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
Senior sales leadership experience in the technology industry
storage solutions experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated success developing and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that drive sustained revenue growth
Proven people leadership, including building and leading large, diverse teams through managers and managers-of-managers
Strong knowledge of the storage market and competitive landscape
ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
Executive communication and stakeholder-management skills, including credibility with C-level customer leaders
Strategic mindset with disciplined execution in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Strong ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
