Vice President - APAC Investment Banking Controls Business Partner

In a Controls role, you'll ensure rigorous and consistent management of Barclays' control environment in collaboration with business partners. Partnering with the APAC Investment Banking business, providing controls-related subject matter expertise, helping them comply with requirements in a sustainable manner, achieving compliance, and importantly through their strategic plans. Responsibilities include overseeing and enhancing the control environment across APAC region, offering strategic advice on issues management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders, influencing control decisions. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills are required, alongside a proven ability to operate autonomously and deliver results in a complex, fast-paced environment.
