This Vice President of Americas Marketing is a key leadership role that will accelerate Neo4j's growth in the Americas, which is the company's largest market. The focus is on growing Neo4j's Graph Intelligence Platform—which is essential for building trustworthy AI systems—to drive a modern, AI-driven revenue engine. The Vice President of Americas Marketing is responsible for the entire marketing strategy in the region. This includes driving the following: Awareness and demand; Pipeline creation and acceleration; Customer lifecycle performance and expansion.
Job Responsibility:
Strategy & Leadership: Lead the Americas marketing organization with a data-driven strategy aligned with corporate goals. Co-own pipeline and growth outcomes with Sales and executive leadership. Translate complex AI/data concepts into compelling regional marketing campaigns
Pipeline Growth: Drive high-quality pipeline across enterprise, strategic, and corp/mid-market segments. Oversee regional funnel performance (from awareness to advocacy) and lead performance reporting, forecasting, and optimization
Targeted Programs: Lead multi-threaded Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs using AI for personalization. Align with Product teams for successful regional launches. Scale co-marketing programs with key partners (e.g., hyperscalers) to drive partner-influenced revenue
Events: Own regional events and collaborate across teams for global events, both 1P Neo4j owned events and 3P industry events. Determine the event strategy and ensure execution is market leading
Innovation: Lead digital experimentation and champion the use of AI and marketing technology to improve productivity, content speed, and campaign impact
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class Americas marketing team, empowering them with the best tools and fostering cross-functional alignment
Requirements:
15+ years in B2B/SaaS marketing leadership, preferably in AI, database, analytics, cloud, or enterprise software
Deep expertise in leading large, multi-disciplinary teams (Demand Gen, ABM, Digital, Partner, Lifecycle), pipeline creation, revenue marketing, and data-driven decision-making
Knowledge of AI-powered marketing technologies, predictive analytics, and scalable marketing automation
Comfort engaging technical audiences (developers, data scientists, architects)
Proven ability to operate with executive presence and rigor in high-growth environments
