Job Description:

This role involves managing end-to-end delivery of control automation projects within Citi's Wealth business. It includes planning, executing, and leading complex projects with a significant organizational impact, as well as managing diverse global teams. Deep expertise in project management, risk management, and stakeholder communication is required, alongside knowledge of automation tools and control systems.

Job Responsibility:

Managing end-to-end delivery of various control automation projects, overseeing entire Automation life cycle from requirement management to implementation
Responsible for planning, executing, and closing automation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Leading complex projects or programs, often with significant organizational impact, and managing diverse teams, stakeholders, and resources
Providing strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to support business planning and resource allocation
Liaison with Business, Risk and Control teams, Operations and Technology stakeholders to identify Control Automation opportunities
Critically assess new tools and identify those that align with organization's goals and technical landscape.

Requirements:

10 - 15 years of relevant experience
Champion and Execute Controls Automation strategic plan, suggest thought leadership ideas for target state
Should have strong foundation of project management principles and stakeholder management
Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency
Understand concerns, challenges and roadblocks during the project lifecycle and provide all the required support to overcome the same
Extensive knowledge of automation tools and technologies with the ability to solve complex problems
Thorough understanding of controls and risks associated with the consumer products
Ability to manage, develop and motivate onsite/offsite teams in delivering results both as an individual and through virtual teams.
