TTS Payments Product Manager is a strategic professional driving the product development and product management of the Payments product suite in Thailand. This role will be responsible for understanding market needs, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our Corporate, Institutional, and Commercial Banking clients. The incumbent will own the commercialization and risk management activities and will be responsible for taking a role in product commercialization and partnership with the Sales and Coverage teams in driving the pipeline, wins, ramp-up and pricing. The successful candidate will drive growth, enhance client experience, and ensure risk management, while fostering strong internal and external partnerships.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product, as well as review surveys and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities for product managers
Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients
Strong collaboration with TTS Sales and Banking teams to drive commercialization of the Payments products
Oversee client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and assist product managers in addressing fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions
Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans
Implement team procedures, client problem resolution, and client management
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Requirements:
6-10 years of relevant experience with good knowledge of corporate banking practices in the transaction banking and cash management space
Exposure to and understanding of business analysis, data and system analysis
Strong relationship development skills and ability to build personal credibility to influence key stakeholders across the organization
Innovative mindset to be open to new ideas, new ways of doing things, including being curious, flexible, and courageous
