Vice President – Team Manager, Margin & Collateral Operations & Controls – Markets Operations

The Margin & Collateral Operations team plays a critical role in mitigating risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. We deliver best-in-class capabilities in margin and collateral management, inventory management, risk management, and collateral efficiency. This team supports global Capital Markets businesses across various products, regions, and divisions, collaborating with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. This includes core responsibilities such as processing margin calls, performing collateral optimization, resolving exceptions (fails/cash breaks/margin disputes), and ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., portfolio reconciliations, client valuations). The team also safeguards the firm's assets and reputation by designing, implementing, overseeing, and operating robust processing controls specifically tailored for our complex global margining landscape.
