Vice President - Team Lead

• Develop a clear understanding of Regulatory Business Requirements
• Develop all documents in Waterfall SDLC like Project Charter, Project Plan, BRD, FRD, Project Plan, Test Plan, Test Results, UAT Approvals, and Lessons Learned
• Develop all documents in Agile like Scope Document, Iteration Feature List, Technology Regression Test Results
• Develop Program Governance Decks, Program/Project Charter, Program Milestones, RAID log
• Acting as a translator between the business, Change and Operation & Technology Teams
• Explain overall requirements to various Applications Owners and engaged in cross review of functional requirements
• Use data modelling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
• Working with stakeholders at all levels as defined by the individual project
• Assisting with integration and acceptance testing
• Providing support during and post implementation
• Communicate with colleagues to understand the needs of departments
• Key Stakeholder management with various internal customers, partners, and internal and external suppliers
• Working with users, business analysts, and developers to understand user and system requirements
• Assisting the QA team in generating scenarios for effective and thorough testing
• Delivering material/presentations to Senior Management, internal and external clients
• Ensure System designs and solutions are as per Citi policies, and procedures and guidelines

• 12+ years of Total experience as Delivery lead, Project/Program Manager
• Strong Client Onboarding domain knowledge with knowhow of Regulations impacting The Private Bank
• Understanding of Modelling techniques, methods and systems engineering concepts
• Experience in typical private banking products such as Loans, Deposits, Mortgages, Fund Transfers, Client Reporting, Tax, Capital Markets, trust will be an added value
• Familiarity with Project Management (Requirement management, Risk Management, Resource Management, Project Integration Management etc.)
• Exposure to various SDLC methodologies
• Strong in Project management tools – MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills, ability to explain business requirements in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders
• Self-motivated and a team player that works well with individuals and thrives in a complex, global organization
• Ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions while liaising between business, operations, technology
• Ability to work in challenging, demanding and strict regulatory timelines
• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
• Demonstrated Leadership track records of creating value for the Organization
• Ability to work with teams across the globe
