Job Description:

Join HSBC as Vice President - Corporate Employee Banking Manager in Gurugram, India, where you'll strategize and drive corporate salary propositions, increase product penetration, manage a team of relationship managers, and optimize portfolio profitability while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Job Responsibility:

Drive the strategy of WPB corporate salary proposition for the allocated market
Acquire, maintain relationships and increase product penetration within corporates
Liaise with Group businesses and central teams to increase HSBC product penetration
Ensure team engagement with existing credit card customers
Engage with employee banking service customers for wealth need identification
Manage portfolio profitability by aligning sourcing strategy
Develop a robust, diligent and compliant sales channel
Adhere to regulatory guidelines and handle complaints effectively
Work closely with GB/CMB RMs and BDMs to engage with corporate decision-makers
Promote HSBC product offerings to target corporates
Deliver service excellence and smooth onboarding process for clients.

Requirements:

Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
