The Vice President, Sales - Facility Services will develop and direct the overall sales strategy, sales operations, tactics, and processes that will drive overall revenue growth. The Vice President, Sales will be expected to travel between 50-70% of their time. Preferably located near a major metropolitan area in the Eastern, Midwestern, or Central regions of the U.S
Job Responsibility:
Lead, Inspire and manage the Eastern Regional Sales Team to exceed revenue, growth, and profitability goals
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Allied Universal’s national objectives
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales organization focused on results, accountability, and client success
Collaborate with Allied Universal divisions and cross-functional teams to cross-sell services, develop competitive proposals, and close high-value deals
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine regional sales strategy and drive innovation
Drive new business growth across enterprise and commercial sectors for janitorial and facility services
Build and maintain strong executive relationships with clients, prospects, and strategic partners to expand market share
Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management to ensure predictable performance and ROI
Manage sales expenses responsibly, ensuring efficiency and compliance with corporate policies
Requirements:
Must possess one or more of the following: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study with a
Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study with a minimum of ten (10) years of sales experience and at least five (5) years in a managerial capacity, preferably in a service-related industry
Minimum of eight (8) years of sales experience
Minimum of four (4) years of work experience in a managerial capacity, preferably in a service-related industry
Proven ability to deliver team success and growing sales
able to align multiple strategies and ideas
Strategic thinking skills and aptitude for problem-solving
Strong oral and written interpersonal communication skills
able to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers, leaders, and other senior management throughout the company, be attentive to executives’ needs
Reviewing time-frames and budgets
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Confident in producing and presenting work
In-depth understanding of the industry
Nice to have:
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study
Sales Experience in the Facility or Janitorial Services
