As our Vibration Monitoring Specialist at Alfa Laval, you’ll be at the forefront of our Clariot Condition Monitoring service, helping to take our 24/7 monitoring solution for rotating equipment to the next level. Our ambitions go beyond monitoring of only machine health to also cover root causes like installation and process issues. Job Responsibility:
Translating real-life machine problems into vibration data and vice versa
Developing and refining analytics models for specific equipment types
Collaborating with customers, development engineers and technical support to identify failure modes and critical components
Testing and validating solutions in our in-house innovation center and leveraging data from our extensive installed base
Providing technical support to our commercial team and customers, resolving complex vibration-related issues
Feeding learnings from monitored equipment into continuous improvements for our monitoring service
Supporting the expansion of our monitoring capabilities to new equipment types and deeper failure mode detection
Working closely with a startup-like, collaborative team that values learning and innovation
Requirements:
Background as Reliability Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Bachelor in Technology Management, maintenance engineer, process engineer or other technical background
Hands-on experience applying vibration knowledge in the field and/or in development projects, could be certified (cat III or IV)
Strong interest in new technologies and their application in digital services
Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to both colleagues and customers
Fluency in English is mandatory, Danish is preferable.
