Vibe Coder / AI-Assisted Full-Stack Developer

We're hiring a Vibe Coder / AI-Assisted Full-Stack Developer to rapidly turn product briefs and wireframes into working prototypes for our deposit optimization platform serving community banks and credit unions. Using tools like Lovable, Vercel V0, Cursor, and Claude Code, you'll build campaign workflows, audience segmentation UIs, CRM-connected dashboards, and light back-end functionality—delivering production-ready foundations that engineers can scale and secure. You'll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, iterate in 2-week cycles, help shape UX and data models, and evaluate and recommend the best AI-driven toolchain—shipping demonstrable applications within days that help bankers grow deposits and strengthen customer relationships.
