Job Responsibility

Work in the Epoxy Via Fill department
Work with Peters, Tayio and San Ei epoxies
Follow vendor recommendation for baking epoxy
Bake panels, via fill, bake panels to cure the epoxy, via fill touch up, planarization, inspection of panels
Tape the edges of panels and prepare panels for Via Fill process
Planerize product
