Our CGI real-time artists are responsible for developing and delivering high-quality real-time CGI content across a wide range of projects, including live experiences, virtual productions, animations, still imagery, and configurator assets, to a high creative and execution standard. In addition to content creation, they provide technical support to team members and contribute to the ongoing development and innovation of real-time CGI workflows. The role supports scalable, global collaboration while complementing existing and future CGI pipelines. Working closely with other CGI team members, real-time artists help develop effective solutions by understanding both artistic and technical challenges and supporting projects on a day-to-day basis.
Job Responsibility:
Create and deliver real-time CGI content in Unreal Engine from brief to final output
Build photo-realistic environments, assets, and scenes for product visualisation, automotive, virtual production, and online applications
Collaborate with artists, technical teams, creative directors, and art directors to deliver high-quality results
Implement client and creative feedback while maintaining visual and technical standards
Develop and support materials, shaders, particle systems, animation, cinematics, and real-time effects
Contribute to the development, optimization, and maintenance of real-time pipelines, PBR, animation and workflows
Provide technical support and problem-solving during production
Research and evaluate new real-time technologies, software, and workflows
Follow production processes and ensure all assets meet required specifications and quality standards
Requirements:
High-level proficiency in Unreal Engine
Broad knowledge of real-time and game production pipelines
Good general CGI knowledge
Experience with shaders and real-time scene building
Experience or exposure to tool development, shader authoring (HLSL/GLSL), animation, rigging, or VFX
Scripting experience (C++ preferred
Python or C# a plus)
Experience with virtual production, CAD data workflows, and USD / glTF preferred
Unity experience beneficial
VR and AR authoring experience within real-time engines preferred
Ability to follow established workflows and pass quality checks
