Job Responsibility:

  • Operate within a 'One Stop Vetting Shop' co-ordinating and managing all vetting requirements and contractual service agreements for all VBSE staff, Account customers and 3rd party contractors
  • Monitor and escalate applications through a close liaison with Vodafone UK vetting, acting as the point of contact for all clearance matters relating to VBSE staff, customers and suppliers, ensuring legal compliance, specifically DPA in regard to personal information
  • Write/review LWIs/processes and provide training to ensure adherence to compliance relating to all PerSec and Security relevant contractual obligations with Monthly reporting to VBSE Management and Service Management
  • Run the Suitable Qualified & Experienced Person (SQEP) customer process which includes the management of: VF Vetting letter agreement, Joiners/Leavers/Movers process, Requests for customer SAP, Baseline Security Verification Process (BSVR) process, All Vetting requests, Authorised Signatory List, SQEP form process, Supplier training, Auditing of Gold Laptops and IT access, Internal stakeholder management (PMO/Service/CASM) Reporting, Maintain & Achieve compliance as measured by customer, Driving SLA compliance and minimise service credits
  • Support Security delivery Team and wider VBSE team with security related tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Must be able to attain and hold DV vetting status
  • Demonstrate knowledge of managing vetting processes and security clearances within a customer-facing team
  • Ability to personally manage processes, compile and submit reports and offer guidance
  • Good understanding of current contractual vetting and clearance requirements and experience of managing stakeholders across multiple organisations
  • Ability to build a trust relationship
  • Manage & Maintain Database/Records securely and using GDPR guidance
  • Provide accurate reporting on status, risks and issues, and provide evidence for Internal and External reviews & Audits
