Strong understanding of P&L management and ability to interpret financial data

Job Responsibility

Team Leadership: Line manage and inspire teams across both sites, conducting regular 1-to-1s and creating a supportive, high-performing culture
Recruitment: Partner with the central recruitment team to attract and select top talent. Actively participate in interviews for both clinical and non-clinical roles to build cohesive and capable teams
Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of both clinics, ensuring alignment with RCVS Practice Standards and maintaining exceptional client and patient care
Financial Oversight: Manage and monitor P&L performance, anticipating potential challenges and developing proactive solutions
Performance Analysis: Use KPIs to drive efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and achieve practice targets
Strategic Planning: Work with senior management to implement business strategies that ensure the long-term growth and success of both sites
Rota Management: Oversee and plan rotas to ensure smooth, efficient, and well-staffed service delivery
