We are seeking a Veterinary Nurse to join our team for a mix of weekday night and weekend day/night shifts in our fast-paced emergency hospital. This permanent position with 50/fortnight requires someone confident and capable of working in a team environment, providing critical support to our veterinarians and ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.

Requirements

  • A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or a Bachelor of Veterinary Technology
  • Good ECC nursing experience (or extensive GP nursing with strong emergency skills)
  • Confidence in working within a busy emergency hospital setting
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills to handle the dynamic nature of emergency cases
  • Reliable transport and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
