The Veterans Services Officer provides specialized support under the direction of the District Director. The role requires a deep understanding of veterans’ services and the ability to exercise professional judgment to resolve complex situations where clear precedents may not exist. Qualified applicants must be a veteran of US Armed services and hold a college degree or equivalent plus two years of increasingly responsible human services experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience are required. Computer literacy is required. Anticipated hiring range: $30.47 – $34.72.
