This is a non clinical managerial role.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role ideally within the veterinary industry or similar (clinical qualifications not required)
  • A dynamic leader with experience in operations and a strong background in people development, onboarding, and performance management
  • Expertise in staff costing management and project coordination, with a people-focused approach
  • Proven experience in leading a team, inspiring others through your approachability and transparency
  • A natural relationship builder, adept at fostering connections and problem-solving
  • Flexibility in working hours to support our team and business needs
  • A detail-oriented multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible with hours. PPT 60 hours per fortnight mostly worked during regular business hours
