This is a non clinical managerial role.
Job Responsibility:
Be the cornerstone of support for our veterinary team, who are the heart of our hospitals
Foster a culture of excellence in patient care
Drive financial management and hospital reporting with a focus on team collaboration
Lead projects and ensure smooth operations to enhance team performance
Partner with our Clinical Manager to champion outstanding patient outcomes
Oversee rostering and resources, ensuring our veterinary teams are equipped to excel
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role ideally within the veterinary industry or similar (clinical qualifications not required)
A dynamic leader with experience in operations and a strong background in people development, onboarding, and performance management
Expertise in staff costing management and project coordination, with a people-focused approach
Proven experience in leading a team, inspiring others through your approachability and transparency
A natural relationship builder, adept at fostering connections and problem-solving
Flexibility in working hours to support our team and business needs
A detail-oriented multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with hours. PPT 60 hours per fortnight mostly worked during regular business hours
