Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing dedicated maintenance engineering support to offshore production assets. The role focuses on the coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of maintenance activities in a brownfield offshore environment, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the development of annual maintenance plans for offshore assets
  • Drive improvements in preventive and corrective maintenance strategies
  • Participate in deployment of maintenance improvement initiatives and transformation programs
  • Monitor maintenance execution to align with all regulatory and internal standards
  • Review and approve purchase order requests for clarity, technical accuracy, and cost effectiveness
  • Ensure quality of maintenance data within the CMMS and maintain workflow improvements
  • Collaborate closely with offshore and onshore teams to resolve equipment issues
  • Contribute to reliability studies, root cause analyses, and equipment strategy updates
  • Assist with routine maintenance engineering duties associated with brownfield environments
  • Track and analyze maintenance KPIs to identify opportunities to reduce downtime
  • Support ongoing improvement of maintenance workflows, including contract incentive-based KPIs
  • Prepare and deliver reports and analysis on maintenance effectiveness
  • Promote operational excellence through proactive stakeholder management and communication
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within engineering and maintenance processes
  • Engage in collaborative efforts across time zones with offshore teams and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, or offshore asset support
  • Experience with FPSO systems and CMMS platforms is required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities in fast-paced environments
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards in operational support
