Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with Sales team to identify and understand client challenges in the manufacturing sector
  • Conduct discovery sessions to gather business processes, technical requirements, and pain points
  • Act as a trusted advisor to manufacturing clients, offering insights on industry trends, best practices, and technological innovation (e.g., smart factory, OT/IT integration)
  • Develop and present tailored solutions, combining application software (e.g., asset management, production monitoring, data analytics)
  • Work with technical and product teams to design high-level architectures and validate feasibility
  • Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) aligned with client priorities
  • Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and quotations
  • Prepare technical content for proposals, RFPs/RFIs, BoM, and pricing estimates
  • Ensure compliance with both client requirements and internal solution standards
  • Support sales team during technical negotiations and provide documentation as needed
  • Work closely with application consultants, infrastructure architects, and delivery teams to ensure knowledge transfer and seamless handover post-sale
  • Provide internal training and feedback on client needs to improve solution readiness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related technical/business fields
  • 3–6 years’ experience in presales, technical consulting, or solution architecture or Project Manager / Leader for manufacturing clients
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing operations (e.g., production, quality, inventory)
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT solutions such as ERP, MES, IoT, or Cloud platforms
  • Proven ability to independently develop solution proposals and influence client decision-making
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
  • Fluent in both business context and technical depth related to manufacturing and industrial IT
  • Understanding of IT Project Management

Nice to have

Preferred: Certifications in networking (CCNA/CCNP), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), or application systems.
