Job Description:

Key duties include processing National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) verification requests, Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) eligibility verifications, ensuring compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and institutional policies, and managing transcript requests. This position is also responsible for preparing enrollment and good academic standing student verification forms and letters, completing in-school deferment forms, reconciling NSC reporting, maintaining student records, answering incoming calls and emails, and providing assistance to those coming into the office.

Requirements:

  • Considerable knowledge of university operational calendars and information flow regarding student records, biographical data and University policies and procedures
  • Exceptional skill in reviewing credentials and issuing verification documents
