We are now looking to gain some enthusiastic, analytical and energetic analysts to join our growing Verifications Team. You will be making outbound verification activities via a mix of call and non-call based channels. You will also be answering inbound calls from customers and suppliers as part of completing the verifications process. You will play an key role in the success of Eftsure’s solution as a verifications analyst, working across a list of customers enabling them to feel confident when paying their suppliers, vendors, employees. This role would suit an individual looking to get their foot in the door in fast growing operation.

Job Responsibility

  • Accurately make outbound customer verification inquires through all call and non-call channels
  • Respond accurately and timely to inbound customer and supplier verifications inquiries
  • Complete assigned front line non call work activities in agreed timeframes
  • Support continuous improvement process by making constructive, cost effective suggestions
  • Work with the other Eftsure Support Teams to ensure best outcomes for customers and the business
  • Participate in ongoing Training and Skills development for professional improvement
  • Ensure that attendance and timeliness are in line with team and customer expectations
  • Ensure own and other Team Member safety through following protocols and reporting issues
  • Any other reasonable tasks as delegated by the wider business or Verifications leadership teams
  • Appropriate use of all workplace tools and resources to perform role to mitigate fraud on customers
