Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Venue Presentation Manager to join our team based at ICC Waterfront Hall, Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsibility for the day-to-day management of the unit
  • Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standard according to company training, including the use of cleaning machinery
  • Composing staff schedules and management of staff holidays
  • Completing onsite quality Audits
  • Replenishment and control of cleaning stocks, materials and PPE
  • Liaising with the client, central support functions and attending departmental meetings
  • Dealing with complaints as they arise in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting and recording staff training and leading the team to reach goals and maintain standards
  • Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards
  • Comply with all HACCP (Hazard analysis of critical control points) regulations as necessary
  • Follow procedures as directed on the correct handling and use of all cleaning materials

Requirements:

  • Flexible approach to work and training, with regards to times and days worked
  • An excellent eye for detail and an extremely high cleaning standard
  • Customer service focused
  • Communication skills and the ability to work under own initiative
  • Previous cleaning supervisory experience
  • Clean driving licence
  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent
