  • Lead mid-to-large deal cycles end-to-end
  • support leadership on the most complex or high-value negotiations (distribution, official inventory, product integrations)
  • Drive renewals and expansions with current partners
  • identify optimization opportunities with Supply/Revenue and Marketing to improve utilization and revenue yield
  • Operationalize the venue playbook: refine pitch materials, value propositions, and repeatable processes for prospecting, discovery, ROI modeling, and close
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations to scope solutions, quantify impact, and ensure seamless launch and performance
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends
  • surface insights and recommendations to the VP that inform territory focus, product fit, and investment
  • Report weekly/bi-weekly on pipeline health, forecast, risks, and next actions
  • proactively unblock deals and escalate where needed

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management within sports, live events, entertainment, or marketplace technology

  • Strong commercial acumen: pipeline management, forecasting, ROI modeling, and collaboration with Finance on deal structures
  • Excellent communication and executive presence
  • able to influence internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Detail-oriented and process-minded, with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for forecasting and reporting
What we offer:
  • We cover a generous portion of Medical, Dental and Vision Premiums
  • company-sponsored Life Insurance
  • a 401(k) with match and immediate vesting
  • comprehensive leave policies
  • Flexible PTO policy and outstanding work/life balance
  • Grubhub weekly lunch stipend for in office days
  • Udemy and Personal Learning Budget
  • Annual parking stipend
  • The opportunity to collaborate with fun, innovative, and passionate people in a casual yet highly productive atmosphere
