Job Description:

A new, exciting opportunity for a Venue Marketing Lead to join the Digital and Marketing Team. The main purpose is to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive awareness, revenue, and engagement across our events, hospitality, and conferencing portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive awareness, revenue, and engagement across events, hospitality, and conferencing portfolio
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at increasing bookings, attendance, and brand visibility
  • Create annual marketing plans
  • Analyse performance data to optimise spending and reach
  • Manage content creation across digital, print, and social platforms to ensure brand consistency and effective storytelling
  • Oversee digital marketing (website performance, SEO, PPC, social media strategies)
  • Manage customer relationship campaigns to enhance retention and upselling
  • Build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and foster authentic advocacy
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to promote events, hospitality services, and venue hiring through targeted messaging and promotional materials
  • Support event management, from planning and logistics to post-event analysis, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement
  • Maintain high-quality communication and act as a brand ambassador

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, or brand management
  • Strong background in delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels
  • Sector-specific experience in events, hospitality, conferencing, or related industries
  • Expertise in managing social media, influencer partnerships, and marketing automation tools (CRM, CMS, PPC, SEO)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to create compelling content and stories
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities
  • Eligible to work in the UK
