Job Description

Fever is looking for a Venue Manager for the launch of our newest immersive experience in Singapore. Unlike traditional entertainment, our interactive experiences utilize technology and innovative thinking to create something considered by some as a show in itself. You will run and manage our the venue as an independent operator on-site, with the potential to eventually oversee other growing attractions in our local portfolio as our presence scales. We are looking for a highly self-motivated leader who is passionate about live entertainment, comfortable working autonomously, and dedicated to making our experiences unforgettable for everyone.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring a high level of service to every guest that walks through our doors, taking full personal ownership of the live experience
  • Independent on-site operations
  • Managing basic local scheduling
  • Ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed
  • Keeping the upkeep/maintenance of the attraction and the building itself to a premium standard at all times

Requirements

  • Act as the primary duty manager and solo operator for the building
  • Work highly independently, taking full ownership of the end-to-end guest journey
  • Promote and maintain the highest standard of customer service through direct, high-energy hosting and guest interaction
  • Publicly represent our attraction partners and the venue in a prepared and professional manner
  • Demonstrate practical use of Excel and Word for basic administrative tasks
  • Be highly confident and competent in the use of basic technology, with the ability to troubleshoot game systems, AV, and tech elements on the spot
  • Support, onboard, and coordinate backup staff or a direct assistant as needed to ensure continuous operational coverage
  • Undertake any other daily duties required to ensure the smooth, seamless running of the venue
  • Be comfortable with assessing risk and able to manage building safety and security independently
  • Be comfortable managing local expenses and taking financial responsibility for the day-to-day site budget
  • Demonstrate a highly proactive, hands-on, and self-reliant approach to every working day
  • Demonstrate the ability to coordinate and host live, fast-paced event experiences
