Job Description

We’re seeking a Venue Director for arguably the world’s most storied football club, Manchester United, to architect a new era in food, drink, fan experience and excellence. Old Trafford is more than a stadium, it’s a global landmark, and we are looking for a visionary leader to take the reins of our new world-class agreement, to redefine hospitality for the stadium’s 75,000 fans, curate the matchday magic and drive everyday excellence that defines the United brand.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the evolution of the club’s food and beverage strategy across retail and hospitality
  • Take full P&L ownership, drive revenue growth and identify high-value commercial opportunities
  • Hold full accountability for F&B delivery at scale
  • Inspire a multi-disciplinary team of fixed and variable staff, setting the gold standard in venue culture
  • Act as the senior interface between Levy and Manchester United, aligning our ambitious food and drink strategies with the club’s global vision
