Job Responsibility

  • Lead and deliver the venue-wide food and drink strategy aligned to Levy and RDS objectives
  • Drive innovation across food, beverage, technology, and guest experience
  • Lead capital projects and major hospitality developments
  • Ensure consistent quality, compliance, sustainability, and safety standards
  • Inspire, develop, and engage large permanent and casual teams
  • Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and progression
  • Act as a visible, charismatic leader for Levy and the RDS partnership
  • Full P&L ownership, forecasting, and cost control
  • Use data and insights to drive efficiency, growth, and performance improvement
  • Maximise commercial opportunities and premium experiences
