Job Responsibility

  • Management of design and construction vendors
  • Review small cell construction A&E designs
  • Responsible for validating small cell construction BOM and placing small cell material orders
  • Gather material quotes from vendors and share with management
  • Prepares and submits purchase orders and change orders, and processes contractor invoices
  • Assists with project financials and milestone management, such as forecasting, issuing and receiving on vendor POs, invoicing on customer POs, tracking and resolving past due invoices
  • Provide additional administrative support as required
  • Communicates issues to management prior to reaching critical status
  • Develops progress reports, tracks progress and identifies/resolves obstacles
  • Assists with ad hoc reporting requests
  • Communicate with vendors on small cell construction
  • Understanding service delivery and small cell requirements for close out packages
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time delivery of small cells
  • Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Small Cell Network Design and Construction team including vendor management, monitoring project progress, and reviewing closeout packages and invoices for accuracy

Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license required
  • Minimum two (2) years of small cell/wireless construction experience
  • Experience and understanding of small cell node designs
  • Ability to read PIM/Sweep testing
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Foundational understanding of how to design and construct small cells
  • Good with managing general contractors and crews
  • Good with meeting with venue owners

Nice to have

Prior Small Cell experience working larger venues like stadium/arenas/campuses
