Job Responsibility

Cleaning and maintaining all venues - including bars, restaurants, entertainment spaces, and communal facilities - to ensure they’re always guest‑ready
Completing routine and deep cleaning tasks in line with schedules, covering floors, surfaces, toilets, and high‑touch areas
Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly, following COSHH guidelines
Monitoring cleanliness during trading hours and responding promptly to spillages or urgent cleaning needs
Replenishing essential supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly, including following recycling procedures
Reporting maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards to the relevant manager
Working closely with other team members and departments to ensure all venues remain clean and presentable
Maintaining high personal hygiene standards and using PPE when required
