At Hibernian FC, the passion starts long before kick-off, in the kiosks, bars and retail spaces where thousands of supporters begin their matchday experience! Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of kiosks, bars and retail concessions across Easter Road
  • Leading, motivating and developing the team on matchdays and non-event days
  • Overseeing stock management, ordering and merchandising to maximise sales
  • Ensuring top-tier customer service and smooth, efficient operations
  • Maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and food hygiene
  • Working closely with the hospitality and events teams to deliver brilliant fan experiences
  • Using performance data and insights to continuously improve operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Catering management or supervisory role
  • A confident, positive people leader with a passion for customer experience
  • Experienced in hospitality, retail, bars, stadiums or event operations
  • Strong in stock management, cash handling and compliance
  • Calm under pressure, especially on busy matchdays
  • Able to energise and support a team in a fast paced environment
