Job Responsibility

  • Own fund and management company accounting, financial reporting, audits, and investor allocations
  • Partner directly with the investment team on portfolio company valuations
  • Support capital calls, distributions, cash management, and tax-related fund activities
  • Interact with LPs, auditors, and firm leadership on key financial matters
  • Help drive AI-powered initiatives and process improvements across the finance function

Requirements

  • 5+ years of fund accounting experience within venture capital, private equity, or fund administration
  • Strong partnership accounting knowledge
  • Someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and learning the full mechanics of how investment funds operate
  • Detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and eager to grow
