Job Description:

The Venture Accelerator Fellow role is a unique opportunity for business school undergraduates, MBA students and business professionals to gain practical, real-world experience in venture capital and startup development within the growing crypto ecosystem. You’ll work directly on cutting-edge crypto projects, supporting their journey from inception to mainnet launch and beyond, all while contributing to the impactful mission of CCS.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organize advisor sessions for each project cohort with our existing top crypto network contacts, including venture capitalists, attorneys, accountants, market makers, and exchanges
  • Assist projects with token economic planning, incentive strategies (including for service providers and strategic partners), white paper development, deck creation, and presentation refinement
  • Plan, schedule, and solicit investors to join quarterly demo days where projects present to investors and crypto project founders
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for our annual Summer Crypto Gala, an exclusive event bringing together VCs, project founders, and key players in the crypto ecosystem
  • Participate in Adventure Ted Ventures Brain Trust Meetings every Monday and Thursday at 8:30 PM EST, collaborating with our teams to evaluate progress, brainstorm strategies, and guide implementation efforts as well as corporate development efforts

Requirements:

  • Strong background, or desire to gain a strong background, in business strategy, venture capital and crypto technology
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify and articulate complex concepts effectively, including liaising with highly technical development focused founding teams

Nice to have:

Experience in financial modeling, token economics and startup development is a plus
