Job Description

Coordinate third-party inspection activities for vendor manufacturing, fabrication, and equipment packages. Review vendor ITPs, WPS/PQR, QA plans, and inspection documentation. Assign TPI inspectors based on required discipline (General Fabrication, Mechanical, E&I, Instruments). Track inspection progress, witness points, and documentation. Review and verify vendor inspection reports before submission to COMPANY. Maintain records, certificates, and traceability per quality requirements.

Requirements

  • HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering (for general/mechanical scopes)
  • CSWIP 3.1 and CSWIP/PCN Level 2 in Radiographic Interpretation
  • Minimum 10 years QA/QC/Inspection experience, including vendor surveillance (7 years for Brunei development)
  • Additional NDT Level II certifications (minimum two) preferred
  • Strong understanding of fabrication QA/QC
