Job Description

You will be at the heart of a highly competitive product line which drives the sales of an expanded portfolio of products across major platforms including Airbus and Boeing. You will take full ownership of your product line(s) from setting financial targets, driving operational performance, maintaining P&L accountability, to building strong and long-lasting relationships with your key suppliers.

Job Responsibility

  • Proactively work with key suppliers to position their offerings in the aftermarket
  • Define and take ownership of product line financial targets (P&L)
  • Actively drumbeat key initiatives to drive operational performance
  • Develop Satair’s competitiveness by fostering strong relationships with OEMs
  • Partner with the Market Product Management team to execute integrated global and regional sales strategies
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain organization to ensure seamless product availability
  • Identify untapped market opportunities and orchestrate the development of new offerings

Requirements

  • Master's degree in International Business or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a B2B environment
  • Background in aviation is a significant advantage
  • Sharp business acumen and strong analytical skills
  • Natural talent for building relationships and communicating effectively
  • Eye for detail and appetite for structure
  • Comfortable with juggling multiple topics simultaneously
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive, solution-oriented approach
  • Professional proficiency in French and a strong understanding of French professional norms and workplace culture
