Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in implementing the Outsourcing & Procurement Policy for Outsourcing Management, Controlling, and Reporting
  • Support TPRA Pre-Assessments, collection of Third Party inputs, and TPRA sign-off processes
  • Maintain Outsourcing Inventory and Information Register
  • Assist in audits on provider management tasks by collecting evidence and coordinating with internal audit
  • Support day-to-day Third Party operations, handling requests, organizing service review meetings, and maintaining protocols
  • Monitor and reconcile invoices, track SLA compliance, and log results in the monitoring cockpit
  • Support monthly Third-Party Reporting (TPRR) and upload evidence
  • Assist in regulatory / process-driven contract amendments, ensuring proper execution and signatures
  • Coordinate and communicate with Business, Third Parties, Procurement & Sourcing, and Control Functions
  • Help identify control gaps and support mitigation or escalation processes

Requirements:

  • Academic background in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, IT Management, or similar
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Vendor Management, Outsourcing, Third-Party Risk Management, Risk, Compliance, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills and accuracy in handling data and reporting
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and Third Parties
  • German proficiency at C1 or above
  • English proficiency
  • Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills, able to engage with diverse teams and different hierarchy levels—internally and externally (including Third Parties)
  • High level of regulatory awareness, ensuring solutions remain compliant with outsourcing, procurement, and risk requirements
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and reliability in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to balance business needs, regulatory expectations, and operational realities
