Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct research to identify suitable vendors using search engines, mapping tools, or AI-based platforms
  • Facilitate vendor onboarding by guiding them through documentation requirements, answering queries, and uploading necessary files
  • Track vendor service locations and provide updates to the internal team regarding onboarding progress
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to vendors to explain program benefits, address concerns, and secure commitments
  • Support compliance initiatives by educating vendors on performance expectations and alignment with regulatory standards
  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of vendor contracts and amendments in collaboration with legal teams
  • Maintain spreadsheets and databases to monitor contract documentation, compliance status, and onboarding activities
  • Submit and track internal change forms to ensure accurate record-keeping and consistency
  • Follow-up with urgency to drive vendor onboarding and completion within set timelines

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in roles involving external party persuasion, structured onboarding, or compliance tasks
  • Experience in a high-volume outbound call center or sales position
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for vendor interaction and documentation
  • Proficiency in managing spreadsheets and workflow processes for tracking and reporting
  • Comfortable working in performance-driven environments with metrics and recorded calls
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to validate insurance and compliance documentation
  • Familiarity with working alongside contractors, service providers, or vendors
  • High-speed internet connection (150-300 Mbps) to support remote work tasks effectively
