Job Description:

Randstad is seeking a Vendor Manager to provide support for assigned vendor relationships in accordance with applicable frameworks, policies and standards. This is a six-month contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion. The role involves managing vendor arrangements through all stages of the vendor lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners. The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in vendor management, ideally within the financial services sector.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining vendor records
understanding and adhering to policies and procedures
managing risk
contributing to operational activities (reporting, analysis, etc.)
focusing on continuous improvement
building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
supporting vendor onboarding and documentation
assisting with reporting and compliance
supporting the external counsel management program
supporting the third-party risk management program
assisting with implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
creating training materials
contributing to strategic initiatives and projects

Requirements:

5+ years of vendor management experience
proficiency in MS Office
ability to adapt to new tasks
ability to work independently and as part of a team
experience with vendor contracts

Nice to have:

Experience with Coupa/Ariba and legal service providers
