Vendor Manager

The Vendor Manager at T-Mobile is responsible for leading and supporting supplier relationship management initiatives supporting our Credit, Fraud, Payments and Collections operations. This role involves monitoring vendor performance, enforcing contract terms, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement strategic planning and best practices in risk management. The Vendor Manager is responsible for analyzing and managing vendor costs to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements. They regularly prepare and present reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and other key metrics to leadership.
