For our client, a global leader in aerospace and advanced power systems, we are looking for an expert to fill the role of Vendor Management Lead (Contingent Labor) with German. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a future-ready operating model for non-permanent labor across the German market. Based in the Krakow GBS center, you will serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all contingent workforce matters. This is an ideal opportunity for a leader who excels at driving business transformation while building lasting relationships with global HR and Procurement teams.
Job Responsibility
Comprehensive analysis of external staffing processes, expenditures, and associated risks within the German market
Designing a modern operating model fully compliant with German labour law (AÜG)
Enhancing the user experience for hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle
Leading RFP processes, supplier selection, and commercial negotiations
Implementing and optimising VMS technology, with a particular focus on VNDLY
Managing change, communications, and training initiatives for key business stakeholders
Overseeing supplier onboarding and the transformation of external partner relationships
Monitoring compliance regarding co-employment regulations and risk control frameworks
Establishing robust reporting structures, KPIs, and governance frameworks
Identifying opportunities for automation, process standardisation, and value creation
Requirements
Proven experience leading contingent labour or non-permanent workforce solutions in Germany
Deep subject matter expertise in German delivery models and local regulatory frameworks, including AÜG and co-employment risks
Full professional proficiency in both German and English languages
Advanced command of Vendor Management Systems, with a strong preference for hands-on experience in VNDLY
Extensive experience driving large-scale transformation and change management initiatives within global matrix environments
Superior stakeholder engagement skills
Sharp analytical mindset
Willingness and ability to travel as required
