Job Responsibility
Support in organizing recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars
Support financial processes related to invoicing and document flow
Verification of contractors’ working hours
Organization and coordination of team and status meetings
Supporting Vendor Management specialists and managers in daily operational tasks
Cooperation with contracting agencies and support in ongoing communication
Updating purchase orders and supporting administrative and reporting tasks
Ensuring data accuracy in internal systems and maintaining up-to-date documentation
Requirements
Very good self-organization skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders (managers, contractors, internal teams)
Accuracy and attention to detail, especially in documentation and financial processes
Ability to work with calendars and coordinate meeting schedules and recruitment processes
Basic knowledge of administrative and financial processes, including invoice flow support and timesheet verification
Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Proactive approach to tasks and willingness to learn about Vendor Management
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under time pressure
Initial experience in administration, HR, finance, or process coordination is a plus
