We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Vendor Management Director to oversee and optimize relationships with third-party vendors. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills to ensure vendor performance aligns with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, contract management, and supplier relationship management. Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with vendors
  • Monitor vendor performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance measures
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and align vendor capabilities
  • Evaluate vendor risk and implement mitigation strategies
  • Drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives related to vendor management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
