Supplier information updates, data gathering, reporting; Support execution of compliance in sourcing, procurement initiatives; Ensure all JLL suppliers’ pre-qualification and compliance standards are maintained; Contracts administration and internal approvals collecting; Support sourcing initiatives

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the on-boarding of suppliers to ensure compliance to JLL / client requirements
  • Manage supplier pre-qualification and compliance to health & safety, bank, financial stability and insurance requirements
  • Build and develop great relationships with suppliers to ensure timely documents submission.
  • Liaison with suppliers for documents collecting in proposal processes (procurement initiatives)
  • Vendor master data set up / ensure data is correct / undertake data cleansing actions
  • Manage and maintain contract documentation, sourcing initiatives documentation
  • Reporting: compliance, contract analytics, actual spends analytics
  • Co-ordinate KPI monitoring through JLL systems regionally (supplier performance)
  • Manage JLL systems and tools
  • Take and typing of meeting minutes, memos, letters, notices etc. as and when required

Requirements:

  • Experience in purchasing / sales / office administration process administration or similar
  • Fluent in English – mandatory requirement, and in French or Italian
  • Minimum Bachelor's / Master's degree and experience in a similar role – mandatory requirement
  • Good command of another European or Middle Eastern language would be a valuable asset: (especially French / German / Italian)
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good Follow-through of actions – Take responsibility for completion of tasks
  • Excellent inter-personal, communication skills
  • Excellent PC skills, proficient in Office tools, especially Microsoft Outlook Word & Excel
