Job Description

FrankieOne is an Australian regtech company that makes it easier for financial services businesses to onboard and monitor customers safely and compliantly. Our single API connects to 350+ identity, KYC/KYB, AML, and fraud data sources across APAC and beyond—removing the complexity of managing dozens of vendor integrations and allowing our customers to focus on building great products. We work with banks, fintechs, lenders, gaming operators, and government agencies that need fast, reliable, compliant identity infrastructure. The Partnerships team sits within the broader GTM organisation and is responsible for both our sell-side reseller and channel relationships, and our buy-side vendor and data partnerships. This role sits on the buy-side and is the central point of contact for all vendor relationships across the business. You will work closely with the GTM team on vendor deal registration and product knowledge, and act as the key liaison for Product, Tech Ops, and Customer Success when vendor-related questions, issues, or escalations arise. You will be supported by and report to the Head of Global Partnerships.

Job Responsibility

  • Own our entire vendor contract lifecycle—managing renewals, negotiating pricing, and ensuring our portfolio of 30+ data and technology vendor relationships are commercially optimised and strategically aligned
  • Be an advocate for FrankieOne, our vendor ecosystem, and the commercial interests of the business
  • Act as the subject matter expert on contract terms, pricing levers, commercial negotiations, and renewal strategy
  • Drive commercial outcomes that maximise value while maintaining strong vendor relationships
  • Ensure vendor agreements remain aligned with business objectives, risk requirements, and growth plans
  • Partner effectively across Finance, Legal, Product, GTM, Tech Ops, and Customer Success teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in business operations, commercial operations, vendor management, contract management, procurement, or a related discipline
  • Experience working within financial services, fintech, regtech, technology, or other regulated environments
  • Built or maintained governance, reporting, operational analytics, or vendor management frameworks
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience using spend analysis and commercial data to support decision-making and provide insights to senior stakeholders
  • Worked closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Finance, Legal, Product, and Commercial functions
  • Experience supporting regional or global programs and driving consistent operational delivery
  • Experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or commercial support is advantageous but not essential
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to translate data into practical business decisions
