The Vendor Change Management Team within Global Operations is a team whose mission is to enable Meta priorities through effective and customer-focused change management, providing guidance and seamless partnership with stakeholders and vendors. We are looking for a Program Manager who will work with internal and external stakeholders, advising the best strategy for managing supply and demand changes.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead planning and execution for multiple small to large-scale Vendor Change Management projects in support of our product and operations partners
  • Account for project progress, flagging when projects or deadlines are in jeopardy, while maintaining respectful relationships in difficult or stressful situations
  • Assist in the deployment of Gen AI-related initiatives within our organization, and also leverage AI to improve the operational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Support teams developing AI related products and features, coordinating readiness and launch activities across our operational processes and within our vendor tooling ecosystem
  • Focus on continual process improvement by scoping tool improvements, utilizing data analytics to improve key performance metrics, and partnering with cross functional teams to optimize outcomes
  • Communicate prioritization and trade-off operational decisions to the broader cross-functional team to drive consensus and ensure that those decisions are properly implemented
  • Facilitate discussion and coordination among operational stakeholders across the company to manage all existing resources in the most effective way
  • Manage Meta's cross-functional operational efforts and advocate for our Vendor Partners, working with engineering, policy, training, and other operational teams to ensure the smooth rollout of changes
  • Solve complex problems and embrace ambiguity to drive efficient and impactful solutions
  • Create and maintain documentation standards and procedural expectations
  • Use basic SQL queries to retrieve data and conduct analysis to support data-driven decision making processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Operations related fields like Supply Chain or Logistics, Project Management or Process Optimization Consulting
  • 5+ years of experience initiating and driving medium to large scale complex projects to completion with minimal guidance in a complex, ambiguous environment
  • Proven experience driving business outcomes in an environment with cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement across varied teams, key stakeholders, vendor partners and customers
  • Experience articulating complex concepts and ideas in a clear, concise manner across various levels of the organization, including: presenting informative and engaging presentations to leadership forums and executive audiences and drafting articles and communications with both company-wide and external stakeholder reach
  • Experience working in analytical activities within Excel or data management tools (SQL, Python, Tableau), using data to drive business decisions and strategy
  • Experience with AI and AI deployment focused on driving operational efficiency

  • BA/BS in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or relevant degree
