Established in 1968, MorVend is a leading smart retail and vending operator and part of the Amplifi network within Compass Group UK & Ireland. Operating from depots in Suffolk and Hertfordshire, we cover East Anglia, the Home Counties and London, and are well respected for our high‑quality service and customer focus. We’re now looking for an ambitious Vending Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. If you’re a driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business and building long‑term client relationships, this is a fantastic opportunity to break into a new industry — no prior vending experience required.

Job Responsibility

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Developing long‑term customer relationships and providing ongoing account management
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Managing your time and territory effectively

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role (B2B preferred but not essential)
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and results‑driven
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn — full training provided
