Vehicle Yard Hand & Booking Support | Brendale Are you a car enthusiast with an eye for detail and a knack for organization? We are looking for a motivated Yard Hand & Booking Support officer to join our busy automotive hub in Brendale. This isn't your average yard role—you’ll be the bridge between our vehicle inventory and the booking desk, ensuring every car is where it needs to be and ready for action. The Role This dual-focus position requires someone who is happy to be on their feet in the yard but sharp enough to handle the coordination and paperwork that comes with vehicle bookings. Location: Brendale, QLD Licence: Manual Open Licence is strictly essential. $34/hr no certs required. Environment: Fast-paced, professional automotive yard.

Job Responsibility:

  • Vehicle Logistics: Moving a variety of vehicles (manual and auto) around a tight yard safely
  • Booking Support: Updating systems, checking vehicle availability, and assisting with dispatch paperwork
  • Quality Control: Inspecting vehicles upon arrival/departure for cleanliness and maintenance needs
  • Yard Maintenance: Ensuring the site is organized, professional, and easy to navigate

Requirements:

  • Manual Proficiency: You must be 100% confident driving manual vehicles daily
  • Tech Savvy: Ability to use basic booking software and inventory systems
  • Reliability: You show up on time and take pride in your work
  • Attention to Detail: You’re the person who notices a scratch or an empty tank before the customer does
  • Open manual car licence
