As a Vehicle Technician supporting Press & Marketing, Engineering, Motorsport, and third-party technical projects, you will play a vital role in the maintenance, preparation, and operation of a wide range of vehicles. This includes current production vehicles, prototype development cars, motorsport assets, special projects, and future product programmes. You will ensure vehicles are prepared to exceptional mechanical and visual standards for media events, engineering tests, motorsport activities, marketing campaigns, customer demonstrations, and external partner projects. The role requires flexibility, problem-solving capability, and a willingness to travel internationally. Requirements:
Experienced Vehicle Technician or Automotive Engineer within a workshop, motorsport, or OEM setting
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems
EV / High-Voltage training and certification (essential)
Ability to work collaboratively with Marketing, PR, Engineering, Motorsport, and external partners
High level of attention to detail, especially regarding vehicle presentation and brand expectations
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours due to event and motorsport commitments
Willingness and ability to travel internationally
Formal training and certification in automotive technology or vehicle repair
HV/EV certification required
Nice to have:
Experience supporting trackside, motorsport, or high-pressure technical environments highly desirable
Additional motorsport or manufacturer-specific training advantageous
