We’re offering a basic salary between £37,700 and £47,780, based on experience and qualifications, with a 39‑hour week across 4 days Monday to Friday ,and no weekend work. More time for you, family, and the things you love. We are offering a £1,500 sign on bonus paid in month 1 and a £1,500 retention bonus paid in month 13. What the Role Involves: You’ll help deliver the honest, high‑quality service our customers rely on, focusing on first‑time fixes and great workmanship. We’re recruiting at all levels, with salary bands including: Service & Maintenance Technician: up to £37,700; Service & Diagnostic Technician: up to £40,220; Senior Technician: up to £42,740; Master Technician: up to £47,780. What You’ll Need: City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Automotive; Experience as a Vehicle Technician; MOT licence an added bonus but not essential; Your own tools; A full UK driving licence.
