Outstanding Salary Packages: Earn between £28,000 and £41,000, based on skills and experience. This is based on a 40‑hour working week, with Saturdays paid as overtime, plus the opportunity to earn an additional over‑performance bonus. Ongoing Training: Manufacturer‑specific courses, including cutting‑edge EV and electrical training, to stay ahead in the evolving automotive world. Technicians holding a nationally recognised Level 3 Light Vehicle qualification may start at JLR Level 3. As a Vehicle Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering an honest, reliable, and professional experience for every customer. Your day-to-day tasks will involve: Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to the highest standards, Applying your technical expertise to both routine and complex repairs, Taking pride in achieving quality results and first-time fixes. Salary Tiers (Based on Skills and Accreditation): Prep Technician – Up to £35,000; Service & Maintenance Technician – Up to £36,200; Service & Diagnostic Technician - Up to £38,600; Senior Technician - Up to £41,000. A relevant qualification (e.g., City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Automotive); Hands-on experience working as a Vehicle Technician at a main dealership; Your own set of tools; A full UK driving licence.
